What would the world be without you?  Do your small contributions really matter?

These two are the most powerful questions you can ask yourself today. Most of us, unless we are rich and famous, do not consider ourselves as important. In fact many people think that they are insignificant, for the world is still the same without them.

Think about it.  If not for you, where do you think will be your spouse?  Your children?  They probably don’t exist. How about the customers that you serve?  Can they get the same good service from another vendor?  How about the government?  Can they still have people that contribute to their coffers?  How about your friends on facebook? Do they still get the constant nuggets and interesting pictures from a person like you?

Many people told me that unless we deal with big figures, the money that we pay to the government is too insignificant. Many also think that a big company like Samsung, Apple or Google would not suffer anything if we do not exist.

Does every cent count for big companies?  The answer is obvious. In fact big companies become big because they count every cent! Try asking for a $1 discount from Apple Store and you’ll know what I’m talking about.  A single cent may be insignificant, but combined they will be significant.

My friend, regardless of how insignificant you feel about your contributions in this world, like the current blog I’m writing at http://www.asiatrainers.wordpress.com, they are significant. For every drop counts, and all drops combined will become significant.
